Rights and obligations

The contract between the B&B and the guest has been entered into as soon as the stay has been ordered and confirmed, or if a confirmation was not possible due to reservation on short notice, has been ordered.

In case the guest cancels the stay, we reserve the right of payment based on the time of the cancellation:

• 10% of the contract amount is due for payment if the reservation is cancelled until 29 days before the stay
• 25% of the contract amount is due for payment if the reservation is cancelled from 11 to 28 days before the stay
• 80% of the contract amount is due for payment if the reservation is cancelled from 2 to 10 days before the stay
• 100% of the contract amount is due for payment if the reservation is cancelled 1 day before the stay

We recommend to obtain a travel cancellation insurance.
